CyberFortress is an established, well-funded technology company with a robust and diversified portfolio in the mission-critical Backup as a Service (BaaS) and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) market. We are supported by a strong leadership team and are entering a phase of aggressive growth, focusing on both deepening our presence in existing markets and executing a strategic pivot into high-potential new markets. This role is a foundational executive position, tasked with building the scalable, highly profitable revenue engine that will deliver the next phase of corporate growth.
To rapidly architect, implement, and scale a profitable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth engine for CyberFortress, while simultaneously establishing and driving a high-margin Professional Services revenue stream that ensures maximum client value, long-term stickiness, and aggressive expansion across new and existing markets.
Direct Sales & New Logo Acquisition:

Manage the full sales cycle for complex, high-value deals, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual ARR targets.

Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for our core BaaS/DRaaS portfolio.

Master and articulate the CyberFortress value proposition to C-level and technical buyers.

Account Expansion & Professional Services (PS) Sales:

Partner with Client Success to identify and close up-sell/cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Drive the sale of high-margin Professional Services (PS) offerings (e.g., advanced migration, complex recovery planning) as a critical component of the overall solution.

Effectively utilize data and metrics to manage sales activity, pipeline hygiene, and accurate forecasting.

Design and execute a high-velocity, profitable revenue growth strategy that dictates optimal resource allocation between New Logo Acquisition and Existing Customer Expansion.

GTM Execution & Market Insight:

Execute the defined Go-to-Market (GTM) sales playbooks for our various product offerings and technology stacks (Veeam, Quest, etc.).

Provide timely and accurate feedback to Product Management and Marketing on market trends, competitive intelligence, and client needs.

Support and participate in co-selling motions with core technology partners (Veeam, Quest, hyperscalers) to drive incremental pipeline.

Function as a player-coach, directly managing all complex, high-value sales cycles and leading all revenue efforts with a small, high-output initial team.
Executive Experience: 6+ years of progressive sales leadership in the B2B SaaS or Cloud Services industry, with at least 5 years successfully building and scaling a revenue organization from an early-stage, hands-on role.

Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Data Protection, BaaS, DRaaS, and Cybersecurity services competitive landscape. Proven experience managing or significantly contributing to the P&L of a Professional Services/Consulting division within a technology vendor.

Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to build and execute a scalable GTM strategy that drives significant ARR growth and high Net Revenue Retention (NRR) while managing a competitive Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Operational Excellence: Demonstrated proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and leveraging CRM/Sales Enablement tools to maximize team efficiency and drive predictable revenue.
