Key Responsibilities:
● Assess the insurance needs of families
● Present suitable solutions through virtual meetings
● Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service remotely
● Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets using online communication tools
● Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge through training resources
● Keep accurate client records and manage transactions via remote tools
● Work with exclusive warm leads (no cold calling)
Requirements:
● You are coachable and eager to learn
● Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed
● High Integrity Individuals: You operate with high ethical standards and utmost professionalism in and out of business environments.
● Independently Strong Work Ethic: You understand the value of hard work and know that your results are a direct reflection of your actions.
● Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
● Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients virtually over the phone, Zoom, Crankwheel, etc.
● Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies). *If you aren't licensed, we walk you step by step through the licensing process.
● Strong communication and people skills for remote client interactions
● Comfortable with virtual presentations and technology
This is a commission-based role. On average, agents earn $1,000 per application, writing 4-10 applications per week.
