Job Overview
A Replacement Sales Consultant at Pella Corporation is responsible for presenting the Pella Promise for a completely satisfying turn-key installation of replacement windows to homeowners. Achieving individual sales goals by presenting a compelling case for customers to choose Pella. Understanding customer wants and needs is critical and the ability to translate our product offerings to match will help you be successful in this role. Striving for a first-time close and planning for and delivering effective follow up on the rest. Proactively seeking out new referrals through customer relationship networking will help you be successful in this role. Duties
- Pella of Western Washington Replacement Sales Reps must learn and implement our ten-step NEPQ sales process. Each salesperson must memorize and practice the proper tonality and timing of questions within this script so they can maximize their effectiveness inside the home. Our ten-step framework of questions is listed below:

Connective Questions
Situation Awareness Questions
Problem Awareness Questions
(Price Framing When Appropriate)
Solution Awareness Questions
Consequence Questions
Qualifying Questions
Price on Table Presentation
Commitment Questions/Closing
Additional Responsibilities:
· Deliver a detailed sales presentation.
· Prepare and present a price quote before leaving each appointment.
· Follow up and respond to all customer questions within 24 hours.
· Be available for customer appointments during evenings and Saturdays, in addition to weekday hours.
Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
· Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Employee must be able to lift and maneuver at least 50 lbs. due to the weight of our sample windows that are necessary to carry into the clients homes for sales presentations.
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $90,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
