We’re looking for a Wholesale Apprentice / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who wants to break into real estate investing at the ground level. This is not a clock-in, clock-out job—it’s an opportunity to learn the business while earning on commission only. You’ll be trained, coached, and pushed to succeed, but your results depend on your effort.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to homeowners
- Building rapport and uncovering seller motivation
- Gathering property information and updating CRM notes
- Setting appointments and passing qualified leads to the acquisitions team
- Practicing daily scripts and sharpening your sales skills
What We’re Looking For
- Relentless work ethic and willingness to grind
- Grit—ability to push through rejection and keep dialing
- Entrepreneurial mindset (not looking for “just a job”)
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Coachable and eager to learn sales psychology (NEPQ, etc.)
- Consistent, reliable, and self-driven
Requirements
- Laptop, reliable internet, and quiet work environment
- Comfortable on the phone 4–6 hours a day
- Commission-only mindset: paid on leads that close
- Availability for daily check-ins and script practice
